1. We recieve your request. 2. We perform a first Quick Search of your kit. 3. If not found, we perform a Deep Search worldwide. It can take some time depending on the kit's rarity. 4. We send you photos of the available options in the market according to your budget. 5. We state a price according to your needs. 6. We include your detected kit in our website stated as "booked" with only your shipment information. No payment is needed in this step. 7. You will recieve a pre-order confirmation e-mail. 8. We send you a Paypal Payment Request (invoice) outside the website & a confirmation e-mail once wired. We need an anticipated and complete payment* for us to be able to get your shirt from our worldwide suppliers. *Payment Plans are available. 9. We perform a Quality Check procedure once recieved your kit from our suppliers, to double check the condition of the kit, sending you pictures to confirm that its condition and features are as shown to you before when found. 10. We schedule your tracked shipment.

We apply software to find unique specific authentic kits. Some requests can be solved after a first Quick Search or after applying our Search Engine of kits based in web-scrapping programming code. This allow us to show you hard-to-find market available stock. However, when the shirt is not found at this step, we need to start a Deep Research process. It works like this: 1) Any club or national team you requested can be found: NO SPECIFIC PLAYERS' MATCH PREPARED/WORNS. 2) You will have to state your size (being flexible). You will state your real budget range. 3) We will establish Fixed Searches across forums & platforms around the world. When found, we show you the available options. We will send you as many pictures as we can get. Once confirmed, we send you a Paypal Payment Request to get your kit from our supplier. The total amount payment including shipment cost is requiered to get your shirt. 4) We don't requiere a pre-payment for our search service. The earning for our Professional Search will be included in the total. This is a value that won't modify your kit's market value and therefore your possibility to afford it.
